My sister is getting ready to open her second restaurant, and she recently realized that she will need to figure out the best way to transport meat and other perishables from one location to another, so we are doing a little research for her. In my opinion, she should just partner up with someone that can help her not have to stress about this problem and focus on what she does best, which is cooking.

I own a medium sized wholesale bakery. We produce hand pies and various breads for local restaurants and hotels in our area.
I have a potential customer that would like to purchase approximately 5000 unbaked, egg washed and sugared hand pies a week. We would be producing them and shipping through a local distribution company. I’m looking to produce, freeze, pack and ship. They have to be able to survive our bakery, the distribution company’s guys and the end user.
Would this book be helpful to us. Do you have someone I could talk to about consulting us?
Thank you,
John

Anything is possible Tara, but I would check https://www.ups.com/maps to see if you can get it there within 2 days via Ground Shipping. If not it will be quite expensive to ship 2-day air. Some clients are able to make 3 day Ground work but you need thick insulation and a lot of dry ice.

I started a home sweets business last November, and have gotten word spread to other states now.

Not typically, but Internet Explorer is notorious for having issues!
